Install the signed plugin package in the GateControl - Server admin interface under Plugins. Signatures are verified before installation.
Enter the plugin license number (GCP-…). It is checked online together with your GateControl - Server license and renewed daily; if the license server is unreachable, the plugin keeps running for 14 days. With Lifetime no separate number is needed, except for plugins marked otherwise.
Every plugin runs in its own process and may only reach the network destinations it declares, for example your Phoscon gateway at home or a manufacturer cloud.
