Importing Configuration

There are three ways to load a WireGuard configuration:

1. From Server (recommended)

Via server registration, the configuration is automatically downloaded and kept up to date.

2. Via File (.conf)

1. Open Settings
2. Find the Import Config section
3. Click Select File
4. Choose a standard WireGuard .conf file

3. Via QR Code

1. Open Settings
2. Click Scan QR Code
3. The webcam is activated
4. Hold the WireGuard QR code in front of the camera
5. The configuration is imported automatically upon detection

Note: The QR code must contain a complete WireGuard configuration (like the one shown in the GateControl Web UI for a peer).
