Install the Plugin & Connect Your First NAS

From plugin to first managed NAS in a few minutes:

1. Enable SSH in DSM: Control Panel → Terminal & SNMP → Enable SSH service.
2. Add the marketplace and install the plugin:

   /plugin marketplace add CallMeTechie/synology-manager-plus
   /plugin install synology-manager-plus@synology-manager-plus

3. Run /first-run — the wizard asks for the LAN host, an optional WAN host, the port (default 22) and the SSH user.
4. Deploy the SSH key when the wizard prompts you (see "Set Up the SSH Key").
5. Choose the Scoped Operations — for example System monitoring and Mount configuration.

The NAS is active afterwards. Check it with /diag and /health-summary.
